of WIRES Intranet

Terms
and Conditions
A
number of terms and conditions apply to the information provided through
the
WIRES Intranet. By logging on to the site you accept the following terms
and
conditions:
1.
Information available to WIRES members on the Intranet is provided on
the
basis that it is used to directly or indirectly assist with the care of
Australian
native animals, and is intended only for that purpose.
2.
Information available from the Intranet is for WIRES members and is not to
be
given to the media, any non WIRES person or used in academic or
other
publications without the specific and written approval of the WIRES
State
Council or Board. WIRES members found to have provided
information
to external parties may, at the discretion of the WIRES Board,
have
their membership revoked.
3.
WIRES members reporting information on the Intranet should exercise
care
in reporting information that may identify individuals or small
communities
where there may be some stigma or other adverse
consequences
associated with such reports.
4.
WIRES members are not to alter any details on callsheets for any reason
other
than updating information or carrying out administrative tasks
assigned
by their Branch or the WIRES Administrative Office. WIRES
members
found to have altered callsheets for any other reason, may at the
discretion of the WIRES Board, have their membership
suspended.
